Studio HNSDGR is based in Amsterdam and is founded by Hans de Gooijer (Gerrit Rietveld Academie 1994 and Royal College of Arts 1996).
We specialize in the design of everyday products. Products to play-, to work-, to eat- or to drink with. Design is about finding the right associations in shape, color, and the use of materials. We believe a product is good when it tells a clear story and when it is sustainable.
Studio HNSDGR works closely with clients and partners and we create products on our own initiative. Hans lectures one day each week to product design students at Hogeschool van Amsterdam. We developed many intelligent and meaningful designs that reached the market in large volumes produced by a variety of brands. A number of our designs have received prominent international design awards such as Red Dot, GIO and Good Industrial Design Awards.
